LOUD, DARK, SUMPTUOUS & DIRTY
CALDERA is an immersive night of entertainment. A boutique festival in the historic blacksmith forge at Sydney's Eveleigh Locomotive Workshops, it's an evening of burlesque, experimental music, cocktails and interactive art.
Electrified anvils, smoke, danger and colour – Caldera will feature captivating performances from some of Australia's hottest underground artists.
The Eveleigh Locomotive Workshops are 130 years old, built to manufacture trains in 1887.
They are one of the world’s last remaining examples of turn-of-the-century industrial heritage. The space retains all its existing machinery: steam hammers, cranes and furnaces.
Visual, sculptural and interactive artworks inhabit the 130-year-old forge, hidden among steam hammers and blast furnaces of Sydney's richest historical site.
Ticket holders will receive access to a digital festival map on arrival.
